I am writing in regards to some work done by this company.  AB&B replaced my air conditioning unit outside, as well as the one inside.  Me, and my family, are very pleased.  In life sometimes we only invest our time in what we feel is a priority.  Unfortunately taking the time to say thank you isn't always one's priority.  So let me begin with a heart of thanks.  The day this company arrived at my house, I was just getting home from spending the night elsewhere.  I couldn't bear the extreme heat.  Donna was there to go over the paperwork; I was not in the best of moods.  Then comes William with a big smile while preparing to fix my unit.  These two employees were wonderful; they were patient, courteous and professional.  William worked and explained and I take my hat off to him.  He took the time to answer all my questions, while working at the same time.  He was honest and a man of integrity.  I will refer others to this company.  If I can share this valuable testimony in anyway, it would be an honor.  Sincerely, Donald & Evelyn Haywood

Hello, I just wanted to drop a line or two to tell you how much we are enjoying our new Carrier AC.  Since it was installed it has worked flawlessly and for the first time in years I have not woke up in the morning sweating.  It has been nothing but cool and comfortable.  This past couple of weeks where it was over 100 degrees it never reached over 78 in my house and the AC wasn't even working that hard.  My friends were complaining about their AC during the same hot weather and their AC is only keeping it at 85 or so.   I also wanted to mention how well the installer did on setting everything up.  He was thorough and efficient and did an excellent job. . . . Dear Sirs:
This letter is to say thank you for your outstanding service on my air conditioning system. I purchased a Carrier heat pump system in June of 2004. In July of 2005 I experienced a problem with the new system and immediately called you. You not only arrived within hours of my call, you even repaired the problem at no cost to me even though my labor warranty had expired.
 There are not many companies that would make a repair at no cost when the warranty had already expired. You and your company certainly reflect honesty and integrity and I would recommend you to anyone in need of a new system or repairs on an existing system.

Dear Sirs:
This letter is to tell you how satisfied I am with the new Carrier system I purchased from you in May of 1999. I bought a three-ton Carrier "Tech 2000" system with Puron refrigerant.
 When you installed the system, you told me I would be extremely happy with future electric bills. I wanted you to know that with my old system my electric bills were as high as $145 per month. Since I had the new system installed, the highest electric bill I have received was $79.
 Additionally, I recently had a problem with my thermostat. You came to my home the same day I contacted you and discovered that the door to my furnace was not on properly and that in fact there was no problem with any of the equipment. The problem was merely the door not being replaced properly on the unit after someone removed it. Further, you did not charge me for this call, as there was no fault with the equipment in any way.
 I just wanted you to know that the equipment and your service has been great I will refer you to my family and friends.

Dear Bill & Donna
It's been several months since we purchased the new Carrier Unit. Just wanted to thank you, now that we've had a chance to compare electric bills.
 As you know, we have kept records of our power bills since 1985 and this summer's bill was the lowest since 1991! And we didn't sacrifice comfort; we lowered the stat to 75 or 76 degrees, burrrr. We also wanted to thank you for the remarkably speedy service you provided (even in our neck of the woods) and the way you explained everything in detail including maintenance and financing of our new unit.
